Andy Mosher, B.A., Licensed Real Estate Broker

Andy hails from Winnipeg, and grew up spending summers boating, fishing and cottaging on Lake of the Woods in northern Ontario. He is a graduate of the University of Calgary. For 12 years, he worked for CBC Television News as a writer, producer and trainer. During that time, he was based mainly in Calgary and Toronto, but also travelled across Canada as a trainer and technology consultant. He is past President of MACA, the Miskwabi Area Community Association, which represents owners on Long, Miskwabi, Wenona and Negaunee lakes.

Susanne James, B.A.A., Licensed Realtor

Susanne was born in Montreal, and grew up in southern Ontario. After graduating with a B.A.A. from Ryerson Polytechnic Institute in Toronto, she worked as a technician and manager in the news divisions at Global TV and CBC-TV in Toronto. She has been a cottager in the Haliburton Highlands since the 1980's. Susanne is an avid potter and glass artist, and is active in the local Haliburton arts scene. She is a past President of the board of directors of the Rails End Gallery in Haliburton.

In 2001, beckoned by the clean air and sparkling waters at their Haliburton cottage, Susanne and Andy decided to leave behind their media careers in downtown Toronto, and move to cottage country full-time. Susanne obtained her real estate license and joined Century 21 in 2001. Andy joined in 2002, and became a Broker in 2007.
